I’m showcasing this project as a tribute to one of the greatest minds I will ever know. My brother, my friend, The Legendary Black Ice who passed away July 23rd 2026 flipping our culture inside out. The poetry world without words.

Lamar and I become close as we worked on many pitch decks and creative ideas, from small intimate settings to major poetry events nationwide. Sometimes he would call or text just to see how I was doing way from Amsterdam asking me, “What it do?”

We laughed together and cried together over the phone! I will never forget the voice of my brother who I’ve never met in person, but was very close to. R.I.P. my brother.
